I LOVE the Beachbody Portion Control Container System! However, the “organizer” in me, needed to create an easy document where I could not only track my Portion Control Containers, but also plan out what I was going to eat as well! 🙂
In order to help my customers the most, I decided to create a standard worksheet that could be used for all the Beachbody programs that have the Portion Control Container System.
So whether it’s 21 Day Fix, Insanity Max:30, Cize, 22 Minute Hard Corps, The Shift Shop, etc. this Beachbody Pre-Logging Worksheet will work for you!
HOW TO USE IT:
Step 1: You simply add your calorie total at the top of each page as well as YOUR daily total of each container.
Step 2: Plan out your meals and container totals for the week (or plan it out daily if you prefer, the night before).
Step 3: As you go throughout your day, check or cross off each container box to stay on track!
Step 4: You can also track your daily water intake!
I’ve included three SNK (snacks) however, you do not have to use all three!
